Featuring a unique casual dining experience with a South Texas atmosphere, Red Sky Grill offersa menu full of mouthwatering appetizers and traditional American favorites such as BBQ Ribs,Brisket Sandwiches and Buffalo Chicken Melts. The large bar, surrounded by TVs, provides ahuge selection of beer, wine and spirits.

The restaurant opening signifies the first renovation completed in a multi-restaurant remodel atthe casino. The second restaurant to undergo a facelift is the fine dining restaurant, SageSteakhouse. Sage will be replaced with a Mexican cuisine establishment called Azul. Located ina relaxed, modern environment, Azul will showcase fresh ingredients, warm hospitality, localfavorites and delicious specialty drinks. The remaining restaurants in the casino, includingMezquite and The Buffet, will be replaced later in the year with popular National Brands.
