The Bounty Poker Tour is the newest festival to hit the poker world with its first stop planned at Olympic Park Casino in the Estonian capital of Tallinn on March 19-22.
'It is good Olympic casino standard but the reson why it is in my top 3 is a large smoking area with a good selection (maybe the best in Tallinn) of slot machines.' Learn More Olympia Olybet Sports Bar/Olympic Casino. Newest Olympic in Tallinn, big and stylish. I tried to visit there earlier but could not find parkin place for car. Casino is in stylish Hilton hotel. However this is not my favorite Olympic in Tallinn as selection of slots was quite limited in smoking area. For casino players (pocer, black jack.) it might be more suitable. Olympic Entertainment Group AS with its subsidiaries (hereinafter the “Group”) is the leading provider of gaming services in the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), and operates casinos in Slovakia, Italy and Malta.
The tour picked no better place to kick things off. Tallinn has become a hotbed of poker activity in recent years, attracting players primarily from Nordic and Baltic countries but also throughout Europe and the world.
The Bounty Poker Tour is different from all of the festivals to hit Tallinn for a reason you may have already guessed as all of the tournaments on the schedule feature a bounty element.
This makes the Bounty Poker Tour a can't miss event with the excitement of collecting a progressive bounty adding to the normal fun of a poker tournament.
Poker player and author Jonathan Little has a little advice to anyone attending the festival.
'The bounty format is an exciting twist to poker tournaments that changes the game and keeps the action fast and furious throughout the event,' Little said. 'Just be sure you have a big stack so you can bust your opponents and collect their bounties!'

Bounty Poker Tour Main Event
The highlight of the festival is the Bounty Poker Tour €880 Main Event on March 20-22. Half of the fun will be collecting bounties as each player starts with a €400 bounty on their heads.
As this tournament and all others on the schedule feature a progressive bounty structure, every time a player eliminates another, they will collect half of that player's bounty while the other half gets added to their own individual bounty. This means deeper in the tournament, many of the players will have a fairly sizeable bounty on their heads to add other strategic considerations in addition to the normal ICM.
The tournament hosts a single opening day on March 20 where players start with a monster stack of 80,000 in chips and blinds increasing every 30 minutes. Players can re-enter the entire first day and even during the first level of Day 2 on March 21 when blind levels increase to 40-minutes in length.
Those finding a bag on Day 2 will compete for one more day on March 22 until the first-ever Bounty Poker Tour Main Event winner is crowned.
Players can also get into this event for pennies on the dollar via either the €170 Bounty Satellite to Main Event with a €50 on March 19 or the €220 Bounty Satellite to Main Event with a €100 bounty on March 20.
Side Events
While the Main Event is certainly the biggest attraction of the festival there is also plenty of other events to choose from.
Other big events on the schedule include the €330 Opener with a €100 progressive bounty on March 19, the €330 Ultra Bounty with a €200 progressive bounty on March 20, and the two-day Bounty Poker Tour €440 Olympic Special with a €200 progressive bounty on March 21-22.
As an aside, the winner of the Kings of Tallinn €110 Bounty Event, featuring €50 bounties, on February 21 will not only be awarded a lion's share of the prize pool but also a free ticket to the €330 Opener on the house!
Of course, cash games will also be running around the clock at a variety of stakes and games.
